Event Refund/Cancelation Policy:

At Empowered Event & Exploring, Inc., we strive to provide the best experiences for our Explorers. Due to the nature of our business and the advance preparation for meals and activities involved, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Policy:

• All events require the listed price be paid for each participant attending.

• Cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of event fee.

2. Refund Policy:

• Due to our commitment to quality and the advance purchases made for each event, we are unable to issue refunds once a registration has been booked.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or hospitalizations. Documentation may be required for consideration.
